This system is intended for light oil delivery to clients (Refuelling Stations/Complexes and others) and for forming of carrier’s route for petrol tankers according to the models:
- Minimization of cost of delivery;
Optimization of number of vehicles that are used; Minimal time of delivery.

The main functional facilities of the System are:
- The architecture of the System allows to control the planning both centrally (the only control centre for the whole network of Refuelling Stations/Complexes and tank farms) and by regional principle (stationing of control centres for planning inside their regions).
Zonation and the objects of responsibility for each control centre are tuned. Forecasting of needs of Refuelling Stations/Complexes in Oil Products on given period of planning (working shift, day, week, month, etc.) according to a day of week, seasonality and recourse turnover on every object and type of fuel. Forecasting and giving of design data to Refuelling Stations’/Complexes’ network in whole for optimization the oil products reserve on tank farms on given period of time. Quick forming of running schedule for each vehicle on a working shift on light oil delivery to clients (Refuelling Stations, Refuelling Complexes and others). Planning of long-term routes for vehicles on given number of working shifts according to demands and inner regulations of the entrprise (travel time, rest period, stops for fuel filling, meals, etc.) Forming of orders on oil delivery to clients both on basis of forecasting and by manual mode. Calculation of planned and factual expenses for oil delivery to clients by its own vehicles. Calculation and estimation of reasonability of using hired petrol tankers. Using of electronic vector maps with possible editing of road network, designing of new routes and backing out of existent ones (when the roads are under repair), accounting of traffic capacity during a day, according to a day of week, direction, speed limits, etc. Linking of the controlled objects (Refuelling Stations/Complexes, tank farms, off-site clients) to the vector maps according to rules and limits. Control of correspondence the planned routes and travel characteristics of vehicles (speed, travel time, time of loading and unloading) in real time with the help of subsystem of GPS-monitoring (integration with the existent system or delivery according to the route). Quick warning to a controller about errors in given route. Ajustability of rules of change of types of oil products in sections of petrol tankers. For example, it’s not allowed to fill up the section of a petrol tanker with petrol after diesel fuel. Accounting planned auto servicing and availability according to the shift. Modelling of different situations of event progressing. For example, with the groth of Refuelling Stations/Complexes network in new regions you can calculate the necessary number of petrol tankers according to the range of features and characteristics. Controlling the turns of petrol tankers while they are filled up with fuel including the time of stopover and set-off, organizational delays and the speed of filling up. The System can be completed with the equipment of monitoring of actual balance on tank farms of Refuelling Stations/Complexes that allows to get exact data on the rest of oil products before calculating. Automatic distribution of reports to participants of the process of delivery (petrol tanker drivers, people who are responsible for receiving of oil products to Refuelling Stations/Complexes and shipping them to tank farms, controllers, etc.) Integration with outer informational systems (automated control systems of Refuelling Stations/Complexes, automated control systems of filling up the tank farms with fuel, various accounting systems). Access right limits (editing, viewing, deletion, printing) to the characteristics and functions of the system according to the functional duties of the staff. Forming of various reports on the results of planning over a definite period of time for control of the rezults of effectiveness which are necessary for work.
In MapXPlus System the basic sectoral characteristics are taken into account:
- It’s not allowed to Refuelling Stations/Complexes the missing of any kind of oil products declared on stele (if there is available reserve of it on tank farms).
The route of vehicle travel is allowed only on the roads which are agreed with traffic police. The tanks of petrol tankers are divided into sections of different volume. The size of the section can be changed on 10-100 litres. The calibration of each section is made once a year. Each section of the tank can have only two states: full or empty. The accounting of carried oil products is made according to their volume and weight. If a petrol tanker has a trailer, first the tank of a trailer is unloaded and then the unloading of the sections of the tanker is made (from its back sections to the front ones). Accounting the method of filling up on tank farms (upper; lower; complex; one-sided: single or double; two-sided: single or double ones). Topology of the placement of filling up system in the section of unloading of each tank farm. It’s allowed to change the kind of oil product. Accounting the limits of possible stopover of a vehicle at Refuelling Stations/Complexes on geometrical characteristics (e.g., its length). And many others.
